Really helpful!

This book is really helpful as a refresher on semi-structured interview methodology. Moreover, the way the authors addressed the research process is quite useful. I would recommend this book as an introductory (graduate or undergraduate) qualitative research textbook. Having said that, even seasoned researchers will find this book helpful. I like to dog-ear books, so my only regret is not buying this in book form. (I bought it as a Kindle download.)
